Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and often personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each piece is thoughtfully created just for you, and we hope you love it.
Order Errors
If we’ve made a mistake with your order (such as a misspelling or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@amlaserworks.com.
We’ll work quickly to make it right and send a replacement.
While we do our best to expedite corrections, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipping & Damaged Items
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- the item
- the packaging
We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
